No need to create a project plan from scratch in Microsoft Planner – instead, use a pre-made template plan.

Typically in Microsoft’s online Planner, you’d have to create every new project plan from scratch. However, with the new pre-made template plans, you can select a plan that fits your project best and edit, adjust, and assign tasks to your specific project needs.

Watch as Andrew Graham, our Evangelist, shows you Microsoft Planner’s new pre-made templates. There are five pre-made template plans to choose from:
1. Simple: Organize your plan with these basic steps.
2. Project Management: Keep your plan on track from concept to completion.
3. Software Development: A streamline roadmap for software product development.
4. Business: Create a business plan that helps make your idea a reality.
5. Employee Onboarding: Step-by-step tasks to help organize your employee onboarding.
