This year will be a very different holiday season without the ability to gather and share with family and friends.

As I write this, the Bloom Software team is coming up on a full nine months of working as a 100 per cent remote company, and knowing that we will be doing this for several more months. This has presented its share of challenges, including adapting to the fact that we can’t have an in-person chat, exchange a random comment at the coffee maker, or lead an inspiring brainstorming session.

I am proud of what Bloom Software has accomplished this year, and our team members who successfully adapted to the challenges thrown their way; even remotely, they continued to serve our clients well. Looking forward, I see a strong team moving into 2021, with exciting possibilities for the future.

Thank you, our clients and partners, for trusting us to support you and your business. I wish that we still could embark upon some of the traditional activities that we’ve done in the past to show our appreciation – hand-delivered cards and gifts among them. I look forward to a time when we can get together to plan, build, and celebrate.
